This month we launched our High Potential Program.
All juniors had were invited to apply for the 1-year program and work intensively on their own careers to become future managers at STEIN.
With numerous training and development activities we support our employees in their professional and personal development and show them what are capable of. They started their training with a workshop on accounting and sales. Throughout the year other topics will follow – such as management, controlling, project -and- resource management. In addition to the workshops we will offer several feedback meetings, where our participants can exchange their experiences and learn from an experienced mentor.
We look forward to closely working with all the High Potentials and are excited to see where their journey will take them! One thing is already certain: We are already more than proud of our team!
