Hamburg, September 3, 2015 – Juliane Martens (35) started as Head of Recruitment in Hamburg’s below-the-line agency STEIN this week. She is responsible for the strategic development of the recruiting area and the strengthening of STEIN as a relevant employer for external staff. Her responsibilities include inter alia the development of scouting and retention measures for STEIN’s workforce of more than 15,000 national forces. In addition, the management of the external regional manager structure of the agency falls within her remit. Martens reports to Sören Fischer, Business Director at STEIN.

Martens comes from Delphi HR Consulting, where she worked as a personnel consultant in the area of Active Recruitment and Applicant Management since 2011, and where she was responsible for the active support of the applicants and companies in the application process.
