The objective

The car hire market is highly competitive. Customer proximity and high-quality services are extremely important, particularly if you want to set yourself apart from the competition. STEIN was therefore commissioned to stimulate the B2B segment for vans and trucks.

The solution

By establishing a sales force in Germany, we can expand the customer structure and take excellent care of existing customers. Additional goals include increasing the market share and boosting the number of recommendations.

What makes this approach so unique is that we also provide the sales force staff. In addition to managing the strategy and operations, we also assume responsibility for the entire process of recruiting staff, from running the ad and holding interviews to drawing up the employment contract. The assessment centre we developed and intensive training courses ensure that our staff are highly qualified at all times.


Our individualised reporting ensures transparency: from the very beginning, we’ve been able to report notable successes in the segment – not only in terms of the market share, but also the number of recommendations.
